Hazar, also known as “Hazar from Twitter”, is a Palestinian senior, studying journalism at NU-Q, born and raised in Qatar. She worked at The Guardian US as a news intern and also formerly interned at a micro-financing institution in Uganda. Hazar represented Palestine at the UN's 2019 ECOSOC Youth Forum, and is deeply passionate about Middle Eastern politics, women's rights, and social justice.
