Education City bus routes have changed after the roundabout connection between the East and West campus was restored recently.
The new roundabout allows easier access to both sides of campus during the construction.
To help students understand the bus routes and clarify which colored bus would take them where, The Daily Q has created an easy-to-read map along with a description of routes associated with each color. See below:

Yellow buses travel from the East Campus (Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in Qatar, Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar, Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, Texas A&M University at Qatar) through the recently opened roundabout to the West Campus (Residence Halls, Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar and the Liberal Arts and Science Building).
Green buses travel from the East Campus to QNCC through Gate 17 near Georgetown.
Red buses travel from the West Campus (dorms, VCU-Q & LAS) to QNCC through the Gate 2 by to VCU-Q.
There are two blue buses that travel on a specific side of the campus and do not cross to either side. One travels within the East Campus and the other within West Campus. However, for the convenience of the students, these buses no longer restrict themselves to the internal loop and may take the same route as the yellow buses if the students on these buses ask.
Currently, there are 6 yellow, 6 green, 4 red and 2 blue busses, according to QF transport.
