Salwa Sadek is a senior majoring in the Medill Journalism program at Northwestern University in Qatar, minoring in Middle Eastern Studies and certification in Strategic Communication. Salwa was previously a Magazine writer, before becoming the host of the Not So Daily Show. She also previously interned at Vox in New York. Salwa is an Egyptian-Australian, who is deeply passionate about storytelling and reporting on cultural, social and humanitarian issues, and hopes to use the power of visual image, documentary, and language to create positive societal change.
