The Daily Q

Nadege Bizimungu
Nadege Bizimungu is a Rwandese journalism Junior at NU-Q. She joined the Daily Q since her freshman year and served as a magazine writer. She is deeply passionate about writing and multimedia storytelling, particularly about issues that involve African countries and the inclusion of minority groups on campus. Her interests include global politics, intersectional feminism, racial inequalities and sustainable development. Her passion for pan-Africanism and Black Liberation inspired her to co-find The People's Colony, an independent media platform for accurate and in-depth articles that center on deconstructing narratives about Africa by prioritizing African voices on global issues. Outside class, she enjoys playing basketball, reading, debating and listening to Beyonce.
