Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar celebrated the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. from Jan. 15 to 19, 2017. The celebration included a week full of activities and programs commemorating Dr. King’s contributions to justice and civil rights, as well as discussions of personal journeys of being a person of color.
