Three universities and eight Doha high schools work together to redesign Sheraton suites

High school students joined hands with university students over the weekend to redesign VIP suites in Sheraton Doha. This competition is a part of the 30 year celebrations of the Sheraton Hotel.

 

The university students from Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar, Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar and Qatar University concluded the competition which is also known as charrette, an intense design activity over a short span of time, presented their work during the reception on Saturday, Jan. 28.

 

Working with people that I don’t know before is harder than I thought, but it’s fun,
