World Mental Health Day: Take a Breath

Today we should raise awareness and educate ourselves about mental health and its importance. A day that is always important, but given the current situation, much more so this year. Are you taking care of your health? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you tense right now? Relax your shoulders, unclench your jaw and breathe. Check in with yourself and with your loved ones to make sure you are doing alright. A little bit of effort can go a long way.
